Summary: This is a transcription of notes made by Dr Richmond Jeremy [1899-1995] about his service in WWII. He volunteered in May, 1940 to serve in the 2nd AIF. He left Australia in December, 1940 and returned to Australia in August, 1941 and was discharged medically unfit in November of that year.
