Summary: Thomas Conway (b.1837) left Kerry, Ireland,via Liverpool in October 1859 on the "Saldanah" for Melbourne. Patrick Conway arrived in 1860 on the "Gipsy Bride"; John & Michael arrived in 1863 on the "Royal Dane"; Julia arrived in 1864 on the "Golden Empire". All were unassisted immigrants. They settled in the Dookie area in north central Victoria.
