This publication is a collection of descendants' charts with some background information. Isabella Brown (1790-1864) arrived in Australia in 1807 as a free settler on 'The Duke of Portland'. She married John Jones in 1808 and had one daughter Jane b.1810. Isabella's husband died and in 1812 she married William Smith (1785-1865); William Smith had arrived as a convict in 1810 on the 'Indian' and was assigned to the Rev Marsden. Associated names: Comber, Brady, Mobbs, Dengate, Bellamy, Holland, Stonham, Eyles, Bradley, Sweeney and Williams.
