Summary: This book, written by the founder's son, tells the story of A.H. McDonald & co., electrical and mechanical engineers of Victoria. They made oil and gas engines, road rollers and tractors and also new innovations, not all of which succeeded. There is a complete listing of engines and tractors with their serial numbers and dates of manufacture. There is a detailed catalogue of the manufactures from 1903 to 1969. Many photos are included.
